Yes. The Light plan is free forever — 3 clients, 15 invoices per client, PDF downloads, and up to 30 AI messages per month. No credit card required to start.
Pro adds unlimited clients and invoices, 500 AI messages/month, recurring invoices, Household Mode (several businesses under one login), the ability to remove Invoister branding from your invoices and shareable links, and CSV export — all for €7/month.
Absolutely. Invoister works for freelancers and small businesses anywhere in the world. The VAT and reverse-charge fields are optional — if you don't need them, you'll never see them.
Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region, GDPR-compliant), encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share or sell your data. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Yes. Cancel Pro from your settings in two clicks — no forms, no emails, no friction. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays accessible on the Light plan after that. Payments are non-refundable — the free plan is there to try Invoister first.
Household Mode (Pro plan) lets one login invoice as several businesses — for couples who both freelance, or a second business on the side. Each business has its own details and invoice numbering; the client list is shared, and you pick which business each invoice comes from.
