Yes. The Light plan is free forever — unlimited invoices, PDF downloads, and up to 30 AI messages per month. No credit card required to start.
Pro adds 500 AI messages/month, the ability to remove Invoister branding from your invoices and shareable links, Household Mode (multi-profile), CSV export, and priority support — all for €7/month.
Absolutely. Invoister works for freelancers and small businesses anywhere in the world. The VAT and reverse-charge fields are optional — if you don't need them, you'll never see them.
Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region, GDPR-compliant), encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share or sell your data. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Yes. Cancel Pro from your settings in two clicks — no forms, no emails, no friction. Your data stays accessible on the Light plan after cancellation.
Household Mode (Pro plan) lets two people share one Invoister account — each with their own business profile, invoices, and clients, all under one login and one subscription. Great for partners, co-founders, or small teams.
